General Conditions

Maintenance prices includes software updates and their installation. The parallel server rates are used beginning from the cluster's second node.

Work ordered by the client will be charged separately by hour. The work is charged for every started half-hour. Evenings, nights, weekends prices are from 18:00 to 08:00 on weekdays and from 18:00 Friday to 08:00 Monday, and charged for every started hour.

For the travel time a kilometer allowance and a daily allowance will be added to the hourly charge, according to the tax-free rates confirmed by the Tax Office.

All prices exclude VAT.
