Support Services

We offer two levels of support to Linux systems. Customer can select support level which matches their own resources. The highest update level is only available for systems we did build ourselves and for what customer wants best possible administration. The lover level is suitable for customers who want to install systems on their own and administrate their own servers.

Full Administration

Is the widest possible support for system. We do basic administration of system and make sure all security updates are properly installed. We will only bill for configuration change work ordered by customer. This means outsourcing whole administration to us.

Updates Only

Updates only is suitable for customers who can and want to maintain their own systems on their own.

Mailing Lists

We offer mailing lists for Foobar Linux discussion and update announcements. Easiest way to join mailing lists is to use management interface.
